We do not collect personal information (Only your
IP address, information you provide on your ad and
credit card payment information are kept on file)
all other personal information is discarded.
We do accept personal or Business cheques however
your first payment can not be made by personal cheque.
NSF, Canceled or returned payments will incur a $30.00
surcharge and we will no longer be able to accept
personal cheques on your account if this happens.
We
do not offer refunds of any kind. Once payment is
received the amount is credited to your account and
is not refundable. You can however transfer a credit
to another advertisers account if you wish or keep
your credit on file for future use (You will need
your account number and password to claim a credit)
We require a signed authorization form faxed to us
when accepting payments by credit card. This is required
by the credit card companies in Canada and allows
us to dispute any charge backs as fraudulent activity.
Any credit card charge back will be contested and
the information will be shared with out network of
sites and possibly the authorities if we consider
your actions to be fraudulent.
If you do not agree to this please do not make payments
by credit card.
Payments
for advertising on any of our sites can be paid together
however you must CLEARLY state with your payment how
you wish your payment to be used. |
